Dan Snyder Sells Washington Commanders For $6 Billion

I was on NewsNation this morning with Marni Hughes discussing Dan Snyder’s sale of the Washington Commanders for $6 Billion. As we discussed, Snyder still faces significant criminal exposure based upon the conduct described in the investigatory report of former US Attorney Mary Jo White, who found (among other things) that the Commanders (at Snyder’s direction) defrauded other NFL teams of millions of dollars in revenue sharing. Ms. White’s report also corroborated that Snyder sexually harassed Tiffani Johnston (who has publicly testified).

On this basis, the NFL imposed a $60 million fine on Snyder as he exits.
