Donald Trump Indicted for Violation of Georgia RICO Statute (along with 18 co-defendants)

My Appearance on ITV (UK) Channel 5 To Describe The Next Steps

Just before midnight on August 14, 2023, the Fulton County GA Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Former President Donald Trump with violation of the Georgia RICO Statue, along with 18 co-defendants. This is the fourth pending indictment against FPOTUS: (1) Manhattan DA charges regarding Stormy Daniels coverup, (2) Special Counsel charges regarding violation of the Espionage Act based on classified documents retained at Mar-A-Lago, (3) Special Counsel charges regarding January 6th interference with transfer of power, and (4) last night’s Fulton County indictment.

Former President Trump will be fingerprinted, have his mug shot taken, arraigned on these charges, enter a plea of not guilty and be subjected to new bail conditions. DA Fani Willis stated last night that she hopes to have this case start trial within 6 months, which would mean by February 15, 2024.

We will see.
