Donald Trump's Holdings May Be Liquidated After Court Orders His NY Companies Dissolved

I appeared on Scripps News this morning to discuss the impact of Justice Engoron’s summary judgment order that Trump Organization LLC and all other NY companies owned or controlled by Donald Trump, Don Jr., Eric Trump, Allen Weisselberg or Jeffrey McConney must be dissolved.

Bottom line: unless this ruling is overturned on appeal, all of the property owned by Trump’s companies will be sold, with the proceeds paying off the creditors and then going to Trump.
