I really enjoyed your breakdown of the SBF trial and sentencing, and I feel like I learned a lot; however, I noticed that you made a similar argument for why Elizabeth Holmes might possibly get an unusually long sentence, and she ended up only getting 11 years. Do you have any takeaways on what factors might have prompted the judge to deviate significantly downwards from the guidelines there (despite the trial perjury, etc.), and whether those factors might apply to the SBF case?
Excellent appearance!
