My NewsNation Appearance (7/5) On Injunction Against Federal Government Interacting With Social Media Companies

I was on NewsNation with Marni Hughes this morning to discuss the opinion and order by Chief Judge Doughty of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana which purports to enjoin the Biden Administration, the Surgeon General, the Department of Justice (including the FBI) and the Department of State from interacting with social media companies to warn them away from false stories.

As I said on air, “This ruling is ridiculous.”
