On Sunday (2/9), I had the great privilege to appear as a guest on NewsNation with Hena Doba to discuss the ongoing litigation of (a) Donald Trump’s “buyout” offers to federal workers and (b) Elon Musk’s Team having access to the Treasury Department data on people who receive federal funds (Social Security, Medicare, etc.).
Both of these cases will be in front of federal judges this week. Judge O’Toole of the District of Massachusetts will be holding a hearing later today on the buyout case. Judge Vargas of the Southern District of New York will be holding a hearing on the Treasury data later this week.
