Closing Arguments In NY v. Trump Criminal Case

I was a guest on Scripps News today to discuss closing arguments in the New York v. Trump criminal case.

In summary, the prosecution did as strong a job as I could imagine. The defense did not do much with its closing argument. Still, it is anyone’s guess what the jurors will do when they get the case. It only takes one to create a hung jury.
