I appeared on CNN earlier today with Fredricka Whitfield to discuss what comes next if (still a big IF) Donald Trump does not post the $550M bond by Monday to prevent New York Attorney General Letitia James from enforcing the $450M verdict against the former President. NYAG James will be able to start the process to seize FPOTUS’s cash, personal property (planes, cars, clothes, furniture, etc.) and real estate.
