Donald Trump Loses $450 Million Verdict in NY Fraud Trial

I appeared on Scripps News tonight to discuss the ramifications of Justice Engoron’s entry of judgment against Donald Trump, his sons and his companies in the amount of $450 million (including interest).

The only good news for former President Trump is that Justice Engoron reversed his prior ruling that all of the Trump Organization companies must be dissolved. Instead, Donald Trump and his two sons (Donald Jr. and Eric) are banned from serving as officers or directors of NY corporations and a two-tier monitor has been imposed to oversee the companies.
