The DC Circuit completely rejected Donald Trump’s claim to be immune from criminal prosecution for his actions from Election Day 2020 until January 6, 2021 (while he was still President) trying to overturn the election results.

What’s next? Donald Trump, if he wants to delay the trial in front of Judge Chutkan, will have to seek review by the Supreme Court. He will have to make his application by February 12.
